Current: The African Pulse is currently training 4 teams of facilitators in Cape Town, Eden District, Gauteng and Kwa Zulu Natal. The roll out of Feroza’s Story and training of teachers is expected to scale-up in 2008 to reach 100,000 students.

10th August 2006: James Fair runs the Dublin marathon.
10th July 2006: Katherine van Wyk nominated for Cosmopolitan magazine Woman of Achievement Award. Bournemouth University have endorsed the nomination and shortlisting will soon be done by a panel featuring high profile and high achieving female celebrities such as Dame Kelly Holmes!
27th June 2006: The Hope for Children Trust, within the Centre for the Book in Cape Town has awarded The African Pulse a second small grant.
26th June 2006: staff at KPMG in London have applied to the London Charities Comission on behalf of the African Pulse. The Commission have awarded The African Pulse with up to £3,000 to enable the development of our second package of resources which will commence from August 2006.
27th February 2006: UK fundraising organisation, Crusaid, have awarded The African Pulse a small grant.
